Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between the customer and Church Membership Directory, LLC. By accessing or using the service, the customer agrees to these terms.

Church Membership Directory is a software tool used by churches to import information from connected data sources or uploaded files, manage member information, and generate printable church directories and related outputs.

• The customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data it uploads, imports, or connects.
• The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and account access.
• The customer is responsible for making sure it has permission to use any third-party connected data source and the information imported from it.
• The customer is responsible for reviewing generated directories before distributing them.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. A customer may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, but previously paid amounts are generally non-refundable unless Church Membership Directory, LLC agrees otherwise.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific features, or compatibility with every third-party platform.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Church Membership Directory, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

Church Membership Directory, LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of ministry opportunity, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the service. The customer uses the service at its own risk.

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Church Membership Directory, LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of the customer's use of the service, customer data, imported data, or violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe there has been misuse, nonpayment, unlawful activity, security risk, or a violation of these terms.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means the customer accepts the revised terms.
